On or about August 7, 2009, all persons believed to be members of the Lump Sum Class were sent a Notice regarding the Litigation, which among other things explained how members of the Class could timely submit a written request to be excluded from the Class. The time for submitting such requests has now passed, which means you may object to any aspect of the proposed settlement but, if the settlement is approved, you may not now opt-out of it.
