The personal information Rust Consulting, Inc. collects is used only to the extent it is necessary to complete the claims administration process and when necessary, respond to claimant inquires. Non-personal information Rust Consulting, Inc. collects is used to determine the number of visitors to our website and provide assistance when monitoring our systems.

All subcontractors and professional service vendors are bound by the same privacy obligations as outlined in this policy and only use the personal information to assist in the claims administration process.

If we become aware that we have received personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete that information from our database.
